LinkedIn, the premier networking site for professionals, is not necessarily user friendly for those who have criminal records, but are looking to enter the workforce. Our goal for the redesign of the website was to give criminals with non-violent records a real chance at getting a job that is not found only through temp agencies or consists of menial labor. I was able to show my skill for strategic research and concepting.
